April Showers

I think many of us have been feeling this way in the last day or two... I always figured April showers referred to rain, not snow!

Goodbye old man winter! It's the first day of spring and I'm just plain thrilled. Up here by Lake Erie, it's still pretty cold and grey, but I know warmer, clearer, more cheerful weather will be on the way in the next few weeks.

Here's the cover I illustrated for Slovakia, a Slovakian heritage magazine to celebrate the new season. I also created a few spot art pieces for Slovak Rites of Spring, which I'll share later.
