Howdy, Springtime!

As much as I really do love Winter with all its snowy softness and cozy closeness, after a while I long to throw off my many scarves and let my toes run free from their boots.

Happily, yesterday was the first day of Spring! And not a moment too soon. Hooray for little green sprouts nosing their way up to peek at the sunshine, and a cheerful how-do-you-do to birdsong and mild lake breezes.

I was asked to donate some artwork to Ruffing Montessori School's Mardi Gras Magic silent auction, which is taking place at the St. Demetrios Cultural Center in Rocky River on March 5th. If you're lucky enough to be attending this special event, keep an eye out for them!
