Away from cellphone reception and without computers for the rest of the week... John and I are meeting up with both our parents in North Carolina for some wedding-related activities. So this is my final post until my return next week. I'm hopeful for happy Springlike weather and smooth driving :)

The weather is finally decent here on the shores of Lake Erie. Hello, blue skies :)

Eggstravaganza!

On a whim, I entered an egg decorating contest at work and won a little prize! I dyed the egg green and drew a tiny city that went all the way around the egg - there's a butcher shop, a hotel, a florist, some little houses, trees, tulips, a park bench and, of course, a dog house. And a weather vane. And some birds.
Hooray!
